Gas Safety Certificates
As a landlord, you have a legal duty to ensure every gas appliance, fitting and flue in your rental property is safe and inspected every 12 months. Get in touch by phone or through our contact form and we'll arrange a convenient time to visit the property — we work around your tenants' schedules where possible.

We Carry Out the Check
Our Gas Safe registered engineer will inspect all gas appliances, pipework, and flues at the property, checking everything meets current safety standards.

Receive Your CP12 Certificate
Once the inspection is complete, we'll issue your gas safety certificate — which you're legally required to provide to your tenants within 28 days, and to keep on file for at least two years.
